This winter, Norfolk County Council Public Health will once again be running the Warm and Well campaign across Norfolk to help vulnerable and older people stay healthy during the cold months.

One of the key messages for this year's campaign is to encourage communities to check on elderly relatives, neighbours or those in at risk groups (including: people with respiratory, heart or vascular disease, a disability, or a mental health condition; pregnant woman; and households with children up to 5 years of age). People on low income are also vulnerable in cold weather.
